Our chef David ROUGEAULT offers a generous, market-fresh cuisine. The seasonal and organic produce are GM-free.

Our produce

The poultry, rabbits and eggs are supplied by local farms. Fish and seafood are sourced directly from the Thursday morning fish market on the Ile d’Oleron.
Vegetables and fruit come from local market gardeners and are strictly seasonal.
The surrounding farms provide the cheese, and the wines are selected with the help of local winegrowers. We are proud to offer a cuisine that looks good, is good for you, and tastes delicious.

Open Thursday to Monday, and on Thursday and Wednesday by special reservation.
Lunch served to 1.30 pm (last orders), and dinner to 9pm.
